Getting error could not open file for reading

Hi, for 2 days I have been getting the could not open for reading error when i try to send it to printer.
I have been running Simplify3d for 2 year on my Flashforge Dreamer and this is the first time I get this error.
I have tried power cycling both pc/printer, tried .stl files from different sources (desktop/2 hard drives/usb stick) and still get the error every time.
I have prepared print, saved Gcode, and tried open gcode and sending it to printer and still getting the error.
If i save the gcode to a micro sd card and put it in printer, works fine.
I have tried small files, large files, and files ive printed many times.
I checked this and other forums and still stuck.
I need help. Anyone know why?
