Models Mirrored in the X-axis Upon Import

Good evening!
I'm having a strange issue with S3D that I'm hoping someone can help me with.
I'm working on building a custom cartesian machine, and I've noticed that all my parts are mirrored.
When I import the parts into S3D, it appears to mirror them in the X-axis. If I manually "mirror them back" they're perfect. To clarify, the models show mirrored in the initial model view, print preview, and actual print. I've tried adjusting my gcode settings, and if I flip the X-axis, the parts appear correct, but print mirrored.
My new printer runs the Duet firmware, (RRF) and has the origin setup in the back-left corner. (It shows that way in the preview)
Any ideas?
