Howto upgrade Falshforge Creator Pro Sailfish firmware

Hi All

I would like to upgrade my Flashforge CreatorPro firmware to the latest sailfish. I'm seeing several methods to achieve but I don'twant to do it the hard way. If I can use Simplify3d by itself to achieve then great please illustrate as Simplify3d only accepts .frm file type for the firmware.

Please guide me in step by step the most important procedures using Repg and Makerware(if needed). The part that issomewhat concerning is the possible tweaking of the eeprom settings but perhaps that was old school and may not be required.

I anxiously await any and all guidance.

Install Flashprint then hook the printer to the PC and it will be able to update if needed.
Check the version of Sailfish already on the FFCP though 7.8 is the last one. Also the version on it is specific to Flashforge.
