Simplify3D User Forum

I remember seeing the tab for Add-ins when I first bought S3D.
I thought this would allow others to make add-ins or plug-ins that would allow the community to write in new features for the software.

The community has a lot of skilled coders. Why not let us create more functionality to this great software?

Thanks for the feature request. There is already a way for you to call external programs from within Simplify3D. Several users and companies have taken advantage of this option to create post processors on Simplfy3D's standard G-Code output to customize the output to their liking. I've documented this request for our development team. I will continue to monitor this thread for user feedback/requests.
