My PRUSA MKS3 has a build volume of x-axis-210, y-axis-210, and z-axis 250. The default PRUSA machine profile settings in Simplify3D has the x and z axis volumes flipped so they show up as x-250, y-210, and z-210. I didn't notice this until I loaded a gcode onto the printer and got an error message that the model volume was larger than the physical build volume. Once I changed this setting the error message went away. I sent a message about this to support and got the following one-line response:
"The Build volume in our stock profile is correct (X: 250, Y: 210, Z: 210). Please let us know if you have any further questions"
Z-axis is represented in the isometric modeling view as height. Also the bed on my PRSUA is not 250x210. Can someone enlighten me about Simplify3D x, y, z coordinates and how/why '(X: 250, Y: 210, Z: 210)' are 'correct' volume parameters?
I am a new Simplify3D user and trying to learn and understand the software and I appreciate your help.
