I just got my MakerGear M2 and got it all setup (or so I thought). In the machine control panel it connects and receives several of the commands, but then it gets to SENT:M105 and it gets no response.

I can connect, disconnect and hit the emergency stop button, but it doesn't respond to anything else. The xyz positions all read zero as do all the temperatures. Jog controls do nothing as does just about everything else.

was the M2 a kit or pre-assembled? If the extruder temperature sensor isn't plugged in correctly, the microcontroller's board usually disables everything until you power cycle it.
