zoom about mouse point

hello, thought it'd be great that if you zoomed, it would zoom in towards where the mouse is pointing. in both print preview and non-print preview windows. orbit about mouse point might be good too, but sometimes that's not so good i'd just be happy with zoom to mouse point! thank you
