Da Vinci Super

The software compatibility check says it's supported. It doesn't show up on the setup wizard list. gcodes produced for Davinci Pro 1.0 fail as incompatible. Any advice?.

When you open Simplify3D for the first time, you’ll be prompted to select your printer from a drop-down list. This will automatically apply the optimal settings for your printer and make it easier to create amazing 3D prints.
If you do not find your printer in the drop-down list, please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Simplify3D, or contact us directly so we can assist you with downloading the correct printer profile.

I saw that and did all the steps, including notifying support. The super is not on the list, and all of the printers on the list produce .3w g godes that the super says are not compatible. The sample .3w g code that comes on the usb included in the printer do work when sent to the printer through simplify3d.

Hi Da Vinci Pro,

Did you find a solution to the gcode issues you was having? I have gone down the root of the `Mosaic Palette 2` and really need to get the gcodes working to see the potential of my new upgrade.
