Slicing Error

Hi Guys,
I've just tried to print the attached model and only realised when it fell apart on the upper layers that it didn't slice properly. It seems that the section where there is a flared ring doesn't make it into the final print. Any ideas?
I've included a screenshot, the stl and my FFF file
