the highest extrusion speed used in a process?

For each machine there seem to be two speed limits: the nozzle speed and the extrusion speed.

For a specific process setting, it's easy know the highest nozzle speed used.

Is it possible to see the highest extrusion speed used by a process setting without manual calculation?

Without manually performing the calculation Simplify3D doesn't currently display this value. Also, your printer's firmware is more likely to be the limiting factor with regards to extrusion speed. So you may want to open the machine control panel, connect from USB, and query the machine's firmware values.

As an example, I know in Marlin firmware you can get a reading of the currently set EEPROM values with M503. http://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M503.html
