Simplify3D is putting a thin solid infill section between some perimeters and the infill and I can't figure out why or how to get it to stop. It causes the printer to have short jerky movements and I think its the cause of my prints failing. The only way I have been able to prevent the jerky motion is using concentric fill. I have a CR-10 s5 with an E3d all metal hotend and printing with PLA and the extruder grinds up the filament during these types of movements when it is only extruding a small amount of plastic.

Advanced tab, change from gapfill to allow single extruded fill and see if that removes the gap fill Zigzags

Didn't work, the zigzags are still there.

I'm having the same issue. I'll have to try the single extruded fill when I get home. These zigzags shake my printer pretty violently.

The coloring of this "zickzack" indicate it as "infill".

Infill is only printed in closed enviroments such as walls or cubes ; nevertheless bottom and top layer may be set to "0" so you can see the infill.
