Simplify3D User Forum

What would cause Simplify to fail to print a complete layer? In my current job, it didn't finish the bottom layer, but everything else went fine. When I moved the object and printed again, it ran fine.

The first print was a copy and mesh mirror. The second print was the same mirrored object, with the original deleted so I could re-print just the failed copy.

I would first recommend upgrading to 4.1.2 as we fixed a few issues with the version you are using. I do not think that is what is causing your problem here but it is still an advisable change.

Could you post the gcode that printed this particular model or a Factory File for this?
