My .stl disappears when hitting "Prepare to Print"

I downloaded this .stil from Thingiverse: [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2368035][/https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2368035] and, as the title says, whenever I hit prepare to print the file disappears. It seems to be fine before that.

Any help with fixing it would be much appreciated!
