S3D and Bibo printer via IP

I am trying to connect to my Bibo printer over my IP network. I can ping the printer from the computer I am using, but the Simplify3D software never sees it. I keep hitting the refresh button on the Machine control panel screen, but nothing comes up. What am I missing?
