Simplify3D User Forum

On seeing that SD3 supported Flashforge Guider II I purchased this machine. I have also got a Flashforge Creator Pro that works with out any problems. Created a profile for the Guider using the profile using the configuration assistant. It does not work for me as you will see from the attachment that it produces a GCODE file no a GX file. I am posting this because I contacted support and all I got was the "Guider II profile works". I replied saying no it does not but I have received no response so I am hoping there is somebody out there that can shed some light on the problem. thanks in advance.

in settings go to:

"Scripts" tab --> "Starting Script" tab

Set the export format to .gcode. Then at the bottom of that tab, there's a box you can type in at the bottom for "post processing". type in '{EXTENSION "g"}'
