Simplify3D User Forum

I am trying to print a part with a thin wall. I noticed (after a few hours into the print) there are gaps along the print path where the feature changes from external single extrusion to outer perimeter. I have played around with the thin wall behaviour and cannot seem to fix the issue.

Does anyone have any tips?
