unnecessary moves

Can someone explain why it does this unnecessary moves?

... the model perhaps will be faulty.
Try out to sink it down - double-click to the model and than Z-Offset -1 mm for testing.
Without attaching your FACTORY-File here, it is impossible to diagnose the "issue".
