Simplify3D User Forum

In version 4.0.1, I made Vase mode christmas trees. Now in 4.1.1, they no longer work. The same model has issues. I attacked the picture of what version 4.1.1 looks like. Luckily I went through my backups and found my old gcode so i can actually make these. Is simplify3d going to fix this issue? Should I send a support email to them directly?

This was an issue we saw, especially with this particular model, in 4.1.1. This has been fixed in Version 4.1.2. Please log into your account at Simplify3d.com and click Download Software to make sure you are running the newest version of the software.
