Is there a tutorial for scripting ? Specifically I'd like to control the print speed and x/y axis movement speed after a particular layer.

So, for example, at layer > 3479 reduce X/Y axis movement speed by 50%

You can realize it with processes.
Create the first process and stop it at your required hight.
Create a second process. Start it at the prevsious hight and change your settings.
If you want you can create more processes to change your settings.

This video was probably made before S3D introduced the Variable Settings Wizard on the Tools menu....which makes the process of working out the places to change process far, far easier!
