I can confirm that the Method and Method X printers are now supported in Simplify3D V5! We have included pre-configured profiles that you can find by going to Help > Configuration Assistant. Be sure to pick the correct material from the drop down list to match what you have loaded in the machine. The printer tends to reject and build files that do not match the currently loaded materials. In the event you changed the toolhead that came with the printer, you can also configure this on the Output tab of your process settings (choose between 1A, 1XA, Labs extruder, etc). It took quite a lot of work to add support for these printers so thank you for your patience while we completed all the development!
