Simplify3D User Forum

I purchased the software this morning, and after getting home and installing it, it will not let me login. I have reset my password and I can login to the site using the same exact credentials, but cannot login to the software. What am I doing wrong? On a side note: Am I going to have problems in the future if I try to use this with no internet connection? I assumed this was a standalone piece of software that wouldn't require an internet connection to use. Is that not the case?

About half an hour after I posted this, it just started working.

I am having this problem sporadically. Sometimesthe software connects (and works) sometimes it doesn't. I tried to contact support but without success. This is really annoying and should be resolved as many others are having this problem.
