1 year into Simplify3d, Airing of grievances.

I am 1 year into using Simplify3d and it is a great slicer - love the supports, but I’ve run into a few things where I feel the tool can be better.

1. Weak infill. I’ve seen many other posts about this. I attached a picture. I fixed this by increasing the Infill width to over 200%, but then it uses more filament and takes more time.

2. Brim doesn’t attach to model or other lines of the brim even when distance is set to zero. (Pic attached). Haven’t figured out how to fix this yet.

3. Using a taller first layer as recommended for adhesion has gaps in the line. Somewhat fixed by changing the overlap to the max of 99.

I forgot one:

4. 100% infill really isn't 100%, it's more like 98%, even when using rectilinear infill pattern. Does anyone have luck getting infill to 100%
