Printing Quality

Hello everyone

I am new into 3d printing and i really hope that you can help me. I am printing Cookie Cutter. On almost all Cutters always on the right side of the Cutter the lines are not as beautiful as the other side. See attachement. How can i solve this? Its only on the right outer wall.
