Creality CR-10 MAX

The website says it supports the MAX but I do not see the option in the Configuration Assistant. Anyone know where to get the profile? Thank you.

I'm having this same issue. It'd be helpful to post some basic settings for the configuration assistant until the profile is selectable.

I bought the software yesterday after looking and seeing the creality cr10 Max was compatible but on installing the software I cannot find my printer in the options I see from your posts you’ve had same issue did they send you the settings etc... ?????
If I can’t get the settings I will just ask for a refund

The key question still remains: Why isn't the named profile in the Configurator? It may take even several days until Simplify3D will answer the e-mail. Who benefits, if everyone needs to bother to Simplify with e-mail requests? -No-one.
