Changing the 'Primary Axes' numbers on the X3G tab of the Firmware Configuration doesn't change anything on my prints.
I tried changing the machine profile to anything else; but I'm fairly certain that this is considered a 'Replicator 1 Dual'.
What am I missing here?

The X3G tab numbers only effect jogging in the Machine Control Panel. The FF Creator and Creator-pro both use Replicator 1-dual extruder profiles though, so you really shouldn't need to change the numbers in the X3G tab.
