From .4mm to .6mm

It is just a warning you are exiting "safe zone", safe to ignore it. Safe zone for .6mm nozzle is ~.7mm (0.6*1.2 or 0.6*1.25) width with up to 0.58m (0.6*0.8) layer but s3d adds another relation of layer height < width / 1.2

so with your manual 0.6 width it will allow you to set layer height up to 0.5mm

since your layer is set to 0.45 I assume you are using "combine" either for infill or support, if you have "combine infill every 2 layers" then infill layer will be 0.9mm and that's more than 0.5mm so warning (same for support)

For print quality it is recommended to set the Layer Height not in a ratio higher than 1 : 2. Will say the maximum LH is 0.30 mm and below when the extrusion width is set to 0.60 mm. Otherwise you must print near a squared extrusion.

Your screenshots are comparing your 'Left Extruder' Nozzle Diameter to your 'Primary Extruder' Layer Height. I think that's why you are confused.
Compare your:
"Primary Extruder" Layer Height to the "Primary Extruder" Nozzle Diameter
"Right Extruder" Layer Height to the "Right Extruder" Nozzle Diameter
"Left Extruder" Layer Height to the "Left Extruder" Nozzle Diameter
That should show you which set is configured incorrectly.
I have no experience in S3D with multiple nozzles, but it may also be that none of the layer heights can exceed the 1:2 ratio of the smallest nozzle...just a wag.
