CR-10S Pro V2 Settings

Hi All,

I'm new to S3D and currently trying to find the right settings. I'm using a CR-10S Pro V2 with Bondtech extruder and the default CR-10S pro profile from S3D. Steps for the Bondtech extruder are adjusted, also the voltage.

Unfortunately I still have some issues with stringing and layer separation. Let's focus omn the layer separeation first (will print a stringing test later). I attached an image from the print. Any help with finding the right settings is appreciated.

Thanks, Martin

Unfortunately, not so! See my post on this thread for instruction on how to attach an image.

In the meantime I think the stringing is not related to the settings but to the Bondtech extruder. I configured a retraction of 5mm but when observing the gear it is definitely not retracting 5mm (perhaps 1mm max.).

Any ideas?

Thanks, Martin

After a lot of test prints I think I've found the right settings now. No stringing at all  The main problem was that my retraction speed was way too high. Will do a final test print now.

Screenshots of the current settinsg are attached. I'm using a CR-10S Pro V2 with Bondtech BMG-M extruder.

Thanks, Martin
