Improve Solid Fill Overlap With Cricular Area

HI,
In the picture I have this area with a tiny hole. It is just a pilot hole for drilling.
With the perimeters around the hole the whole thing is only 3mm across.
You can see how the solid infill doesn't overlap or join to the circular perimeters that great leaving tiny gaps.
All other areas of overlap are good.
Looking for suggestion on how I might improve this. I can adjust the model slightly if needed.
