Too many single point retractions on inner wall

I'm trying to print this knob for my printer: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3145976

The problem I'm currently facing is that Simplify3D is adding a lot of single point retractions in the inner side of the outer wall, you can see all the points in the top part of the following image:



It looks like some kind of "reinforcement" that Simplify3D is trying to add... But I don't want it.

This provokes a lot of retractions at each layer, causing filament churning and even some layer shifting (or something similar). The issue I'm most concerned with is those unnecessary retractions.

I'm currently using a 0.4 nozzle, I've set the Nozzle Diameter to 0.4, Extrusion Multiplier to 0,96, and Extrusion Width to 0,40. Layer height is 0,26.

If I change the extrusion width to 0,46, the blobs disappear. Changing the layer height or the extrusion multiplier does not make a difference. I've also tried setting the Thin Wall Behavior to perimeters only, but it doesn't make a difference. Changing the number of outer perimeters makes no difference either.

What can I do? Thanks in advance.

It looks like these are probably tiny Top/Bottom Solid Layers being printed. Using a thicker perimeter or extra perimeters can eliminate this. Also using fewer Top or Bottom Solid Layers depending on which is actually being printed here. It is difficult to tell from just the screenshot.
