Top layer print quality issues

Still a novice at printing. What is happening when my top layer comes out like this, and how do I fix it?

This looks like under extrusion maybe? It is tough to tell without knowing what the model 'should' look like. Could you please post a Factory File for this?

We will need to see the settings you printed with to assist. This is why the Factory File is recommended as it will have the model and settings. You can save this by loading your model and the profile you are using and then going to File > Save Factory File As. This will let us examine the model and settings in detail.
