skirt should print at same speed as all other first layer elements

The skirt apparently uses the infill speed to print, and is not configureable. This is a request to have the skirt honor the first layer print speed, and/or have it's own speed setting.

The skirt does use the default print speed as its base for assigning a print speed. The first layer underspeed setting from the Layer tab does apply to the skirt's first layer. This is seen quite easily in the resulting G-Code. If you're having issues with seeing the print speed updated according to the first layer speed modifier please attach your print file.

I found this is annoying as our defualt speed is 200mm/s,the sskirt /brim is really under a unstable conditioon.we know we can change it in the gcode but it could be natraul to set it the same as the first layer speed.
