When I click on prepare the model disappears

When I click on prepare to print, in the next window the model disappears and the empty window comes out.

Whats the problem?

I guess its a complicated model? just be patient, its still generating the preview, is there a progress line at the bottom?

Hi All, I've been having this issue intermittently with V5. The only solution I've found so far is to reduce the number of models on the screen and/or reduce the tolerance on the model while converting from a solid model to the STL.
