Fans not turning on

Hi, im having issues with the software.

The main fan isnt start with simplify. If i use the original soft of the printer this works, i mark the fan with a small tape color.

I have a FlashForge Guider 2.

In the Simplify i have this option on, but the fan isnt start.

Any idea what can be?

Could you please post a Factory File that exhibits this behavior? You are referring to the part cooling fan and not the extruder fan right?
