Problems occur when using dual extruder!!

HI,
recently, i bought the creator 3 from flashforge and setting with Simplify 3D.
but some problem occur!!
when used mono extruder(left or right) at Auto configure Extruder, The output of a cube is well...
However, if I set it "Both Extruders" at Auto configure extruders to output cubes from each extruder using PLA, The printed cubes lean out like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
How to solve it ?
