first time use.

just purchased and installed software
previous to this i was using Cura and had my home points set.
installed simplify 3d and selected Ender 3 Pro as my printer and generated a gcode and sent it to the printer via Octopi. however when it goes to the printer all the home points are off and the extruder head tries to go off the edge of the board.
It's like simplify 3d has its own home points which causes this to happen.
How can i rectify this?
