scroll wheel for number values

i would like to be able to use the scroll wheel + keyboard function to affect number values

here is an example of how i think it would help to cut down time in slicing for print:

CTRL + SHIFT + scroll = 0.01
CTRL + scroll = 0.1
scroll = 1
ALT + scroll = 10
ALT + SHIFT + scroll = 100

This is a really great idea! I will log this feature request for our development team and keep an eye on it's replies for a decent gauge of mass user interest.

I could see this being useful - and should be pretty easy to implement.

i just realized half of my suggestion already exists in the Cross Section window, i'm surprised that functionality doesn't carry across all number input fields as 3D printing is heavily reliant on "dialing in" numbers

i would like to also add that i have just discovered the scroll wheel works for changing the build plate volume in the options... i don't believe it is a number value that most users would need to change often enough to need a scroll wheel
