Tronxy X6A Issue

Hello...I was wondering f anyone would be able to help me out with a problem we have been running into at work. We have a Tronxy X6A printer, and for the last few months we have not been able to use it because of power failure issues. One time during a print a while back there was a power outage so obviously the printer turned off, but there is a feature that can resume the print wherever it was left at....that is where the problem lies, every time we turn the printer on it asks us to 'return to breakpoint' like it wants to resume the old print still....no matter if we hit yes, no , or cancel it still comes up every time. The printer will either turn off automatically or a few moments after while trying to begin a new print. Very annoying, any help is much appreciated as Tronxy customer support has been absolutely worthless.

Re: Tronxy X6A Issue

Is it possible to access the menus when cancelling the resume action and maybe reset the printer to factory defaults?

Does Tronxy offer the firmware for download so you can try to simply flash the machine and hopefully erase any
information left about a cancelled print?

The manual I found for a X6-2E doesn't look really helpful...
