Blobs and Zits on outside of object

I am printing 3D benchy to test my new auto level sensor and I am getting artifacts on the outside of the print. Any ideas on how to fix this? Picture attached below.

What filament are you using? It sounds like PETG, which does that a fair bit.

It looks like something may have gone wrong with your image here as I am not able to see this.
