Lower the nozzle prior to printing.

I have been having some challenges getting front to back levelling with my Flashforge Creator 3. I have it sorted if I can just have the nozzle start about 1.28mm lower than 0. (-1.28). I thought i could do this using the gcode tab offset but that moves the model. Is there a way I can tell it to start the print with the nozzle at -1.28 - or thereabouts?

Thanks,
Fred

What offsets did you use on the G-Code tab? The "Global G-Code Offsets" or Origin offsets inside the machine defintion?

I've been using the Global offsets/Z very often without any trouble... not to an extent of > .1mm but it did what to expect from it...

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure where I got off track but I did go back to the most basic configuration and put in the global offset and it is now working ok. Thanks
