Support is not supporting in 1 direction

Hi there,

just bought S3D and i have 1 major issue already..
When i use support i have 2 of 4 sides that are not supporting anything.. it just makes 2 thin lines. When printing this file, the walls on that side are hanging down.

i have tried all setting to correct this, but wasnt succesfull.

I previously used cura4.6 and i could change the structure of the support to fix this in a second.
I use support alot and if there isnt a workaround for this, im afraid i have to refund

Why don't you try changing the support infill angle to 45 degrees. That will give a similar support to both the X direction sides and Y direction sides.

You could also add a single dense layer at 100%


And btw....this is primarily a user forum, not an official S3D forum...so you don't need to be so aggressive!
