USB NO CONNECTION

Hello, I have been using Simplify 3D for over a week now with a Magma 350 from 3D Online.
I have managed to print some stuff with the SD Card, the connection using a USB cable in order to use Simplify 3D remain unsuccessful.

Maybe someone will have an idea.

Simplify 3D Last Version
Mac Os 10.15.5 Catalina

Also tried with various USB Cables
The USB Cable is directly connected to the MacPro

This is the message I keep getting.

did you try different baud rates?

Is there maybe any tool from your printer installed where you can see the settings it's using when connecting (maybe a firmware updater tool or another slicer it came with)?
