Inconsisted extrusion

Hello all,
I'm trying to solve this problem for a while with no success .
as you can see in the attached photos I'm getting those inconsistent lines. my assume that it was an extruder clog or some other extruder related problem, but meanwhile for other reason I replaced all the extruder unit to hemera - so no mechanical problem here.
the only option in my opinion is something in the way that I'm slicing or the .stl file ( I tried to export it few time with different options.) made with rhino is the key.
any ideas?

many thanks!

Re: Inconsisted extrusion

Looks like some pretty standard "lines on side of print" and "ringing".
