Simplify3D User Forum

after the purchase i installed it directly
and it worked well
but after a week it started to hang up when I started.

I don't know what to do.
it could be because of the graphic card because I had this problem with another 3D printing program please help or fix it

It sounds like you may need to change one of the display settings in Simplify3D. To confirm which setting to use, I will need a bit more information. I will explain the steps to follow below.

Please download the file below and then copy this file into the Simplify3D installation directory (typically located at C:\Program Files\Simplify3D-4.1.2).

After you have done that, please open the Windows Command Prompt (you can do this by pressing Windows+R on your keyboard, then typing cmd.exe). Type the following commands:

cd "C:\Program Files\Simplify3D-4.1.2"
qtdiag.exe > C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads\debugInfo.txt

That will export a file called "debugInfo.txt" into your Downloads folder. Please send us that file at [email protected] so we can recommend some further steps for you.
