How to avoid extruder clogging when printing with PVA

Hi there,
I'm having issues with printing PVA whereby it'll get clogged in the extruder (I have a dual-extruder Flashforge Creator Pro; the extruder is remaining heated when not actively printing and so the PVA clogs up the extruder).
I note on this Simplify3D PVA webpage it says: "In multi-extruder setups, cooling down the PVA hotend during idle times can prevent oozing and clogging", but I can't seem to find any setting that'd do this in Simplify3D.
Any ideas how to achieve this please?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
