Z Offset

Hello
I am using Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer with BLTOUCH Sensor
i would to ask how i can increase the Z Offset to print Filaments from PLA to PETG
My current Z Offset now is : -2.9
so how much i need to increase the Z Offset and How to increase it
with Simplify 3D
