Simplify3D User Forum

Hi,
I can load my files on to the build plate with all details showing such as holes and impressions. when I click prepare to print the image becomes solid and when I print, it prints a solid shape the same as the outline all holes and impressions are missing.
I cant figure out what I've done wrong. I've printed these before an the only difference now to then is that I'm now printing the infill at 100% as the parts need to be solid

It sounds like "Merge all outlines into a single solid model" is selected at Edit Process Settings > Advanced. If un-checking this setting does not correct the behavior, please post a Factory File so we can take a closer look.
