Trying to captivate some hardware with XYZ DaVinci Duo 2.0 but running into crashing issues

Hey Everyone,

Like the title suggests I am trying to captivate some hardware (nuts) in my print. I could not get the pause script to work so instead I did two prints.

The first print, I printed up to layer X and stopped. I inserted the hardware and then ran another print where is started the print at layer X HOWEVER....

The XYZ printer I have does this tip wipe/purge feature that I can't seem to disable even when deleting the code from the starting script.

Has anyone every done this before? Am I on the wrong path?

These earlier XYZ machines do not have the option to disable the purge/wiping behavior.
