Sphere printing issues

I made a nom nom guy bookmark and for whatever reason at a certain point, the diameter changes and makes the sphere, which should be perfectly round, look weird. The top portion looks more perfectly round than the bottom. Model looks fine both in tinkercad and in simplify3d. Is this a Z axis issue? My bed is level, and the model shouldn't need supports or anything

Why is the side of the sphere behind his mouth all falling off?

My first thought would be to print slower and cooler and see how it comes out.

I see this from time to time on my prints and I think one possible reason is there is a build up of error in the slicer and when it gets to a certain value it suddenly shifts the path to correct.

I know my printer doesn't have a problem, and it only seems to occur with certain geometries. I'm about 90% sure this is some sort of bug in S3D.

So slice it with Prusaslicer and see if you get the same results.. if so then it is the model or the printer..

I agree with you. Mentioned suggestion helped me out to get the right results
