Blanc screen

I ask for help. I'm not getting answers from anyone. When I tend to open Simplify 3d I have a white screen and it never opens. I reinstalled everything several times and in various ways - also taking away preferences in my user's hidden folder. Nothing works. I work on Windows 10 intel i9 and Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 video card. The pc is up to date, the drivers are up to date, but Simplify doesn't work.

Is this issue resolved completely? We are facing the same problem
