Why is Simplify3D Non-Deterministic?

If I slice a model multiple times and save the GCode to a different file each time, it generates slightly different GCode in each file. Why is this? Shouldn't whatever algorithms it uses repeat themselves whenever it's run?

There are some things that are randomized I believe. Under the Layer tab, for Start Points, there's the option to have Random Start points for all perimeters. Also, for the infill tab, there's a checkbox for Use random infill placement.

If both of these are randomized, you'll get slightly different slicing each time you slice, however imo not enough to noticeably effect prints results.
